Hi gang! I am really excited about all of our upcoming events this year!
In April we'll be enjoying our Annual Club Dinner/Fundraiser at the Salt Creek
Grille. During March we'll be doing a bus ride trip to to the Connetquot River on Long Island for sea run brown and
rainbow trout. Striper fishing breaks loose on the bayshore beaches in April!
In May we'll be taking the families of 9/11 victims on chartered boat trips, which has become an annual
trip for us. A bunch of us will be travelling to Cape Cod in June for a week of sight casting at fat striped bass, followed
by a possible Cape May trip in July. August is the host month for our Kid's Kamp for Boy Scouts on
Sandy Hook. Afterwhich, the club picnic will be attended by club members.
There will be more activities in between all of these events along with our regular meetings on the 2nd Wednesday every month
at the Highlands VFW and our "outings" on the beaches on the 4th Wednesday.
All in all, it looks to be another busy, fun year!!
